Responsibilities:

•Prepares, coordinates and monitors the preventive maintenance plan of the real estate park

•Develops technical requests for facility management and maintenance activity. Participates in the choice of suppliers

•Coordinates, budget, and monitors maintenance costs

•Propose the necessary measures to keep bank offices compliant to changing legal requirements

•Manages functionally the activities of the logistics specialists in the commercial network

•Organises necessary actions for requested rearrangement of working spaces or providing additional facilities

Requirements:

•University degree in Construction or Technical engineering

•Professional experience in maintenance management - 3 years

•Excellent knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD; other specific software is an advantage

•Active driver - category B

•Good knowledge of English; French is an advantage
