Responsibilities:

• Preparation and monitoring of the implementation of Business plan and commercial objectives and priorities of the Regional group in the segment, applying the policy, goals and strategy of the Bank. 

• Organization of the commercial activities related to the corporate customers’ service. 

• Support and assistance of the team in relationships with key customers, identification of potential ones, attracting new customers and tasks of high priority. 

• Permanent supervision of the team’s performance and support in coordination with Bank departments in terms of clients’ service.

• Responsibility for the active participation in cross-selling, including Payroll, factoring, leasing, Life insurance. 

• Monitoring and following-up of the Risk policy in terms of financial status and credit indebtedness of clients consistent with Lending policy of the bank and general rules for Relations with customers.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or related.

• Previous experience + 3 years.

• Excellent command in English – written and verbal, French is a plus.

• Good computer literacy.

• Strong developed communication skills and highly expressed customer orientation.

• Result oriented attitude and creativity in finding solutions.

• Time management skills.
