Responsibilities:

• Answer via phone to questions of clients and non-clients

• Orientate the questions of the clients to the respective departments or divisions

• Conduct sales campaigns via telephone

• Serves all clients queries coming from alternative cannels for communication with the bank

• Perform sales over the phone of bank products and services which are included in the scope of distant sales through the Call Center

Requirements:

• University degree

• Knowledge of English and/or French language skills

• Computer literacy

• Excellent communication skills, good expression, listening skills
